Frequently asked questions

We would like to welcome you to our hotel. We understand that you have some questions before arrival. Below are a number of questions. Is your question not here? Please feel free to contact the reception.

Do I need a QR code to enter?

Yes, a valid proof is needed to enter. You will receive a working QR code after you:

A recent negative test result
A vaccination certificate, which proves that you are fully vaccinated against corona
A certificate of immunity, if you have recently recovered from COVID-19

How will it be controlled?

In our hotel lobby, restaurant and halls we will scan your QR-code and when a green check mark is shown you are welcome in the hotel. We will also check your proof of identity.

Is a yellow vaccination certificate enough to get in?

No. A QR code is the only way to be admitted. This can also be a printed version. For more information, please visit:

From what age is the corona access app required?

Anyone over 13 years of age who wants to go into a hospitality venue will have to show a valid QR certificate from 25 September. From the age of 14, the use of the corona access card must be checked together with the proof of identity.

How long is my Corona certificate valid?

A Dutch test certificate is valid until 24 hours after the moment of testing. Within these 24 hours you can visit our location with the certificate.

A recovery certificate is valid from 11 days after the positive test, up to 180 days after the positive test.

A vaccination certificate is valid from 14 days after the last vaccination.

Can I also choose not to work with the corona access certificate and stick to the 1.5 metres measure?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The 1.5 metre measure has been dropped. Our rooms have been designed accordingly and we can therefore no longer guarantee this.

Is a self-test an official test proof?

No, this is not an official test certificate.

Do I also need the coronacheck app for a meeting?

Yes, also during business meetings all guests are checked at the beginning.

While checking access, my screen turns red, what do I do now?

If a red screen is shown, you will be denied access to our hotel.
