We can combine the rooms Break-out, Room 1, room 2, room 3 and room 4 into one large room. With this we create one large space with an area of ??381m2.

You have the freedom to arrange the space completely according to your wishes, you do not have to take pillars or permanent setups into account, every setup is possible.

Such a large space is ideal to set up as a fair square and this large room is regularly used for product presentations. The venue is equipped with a modern audio system that makes sound audible and stable throughout the hall.

Is one big meetingroom not what you are looking for? Then the space can be (optically) reduced by partially closing the flexible walls, creating an informal character. It is even possible to set up several sub rooms within one large space.

The same size can be achieved by connecting room 5, room 6, room 7, room 8 and room 9. Often one of these large rooms is used as a plenary space, the other space acquires an informal character. By organizing these two parts in separate rooms, the message of the plenary session comes across powerfully and the focus of the guests is completely on the speaker.

At larger meetings, “small details” can have a big impact. For example the parking spaces, as the organizer of a large event you do not want to answer many phone calls one hour before the start because the guests cannot find a parking space. One reassurance, at our location you don't get those calls, guests park for free in front of our hotel.
