Our 10 meeting rooms vary in size and set-up. Each meeting room has natural daylight, separate climate control, shutters, illumination and comfortable furniture.

SOUND AND VISION

CAMERA AND MICROPHONE
You decide how many participants you’ll want to show and who you’d like to give the word to. Based on your preferences we’ll advise you about the best sound and vision options, so that everyone is visible and audible. With multiple cameras, it’s possible to picture different angles and guests.

SOUND SYSTEM
Each room is equipped with build-in sound system, on which the laptop can be connected. The sound will be transferred through the speakers and is well-heard by everyone.

PROJECTION SCREEN
All our meeting rooms are equipped with an LCD-tv or projection screen of high quality. Through this screen, the online audience is visible for the participants in the meeting room.

LAPTOP AND STREAMING SERVICE

LAPTOP
Use your own laptop or rent a laptop from us. The HDMI- and VGA-connection is available in the meeting room. We are happy to help you connect your laptop to the screen.

STREAMING SERVICE
You can opt for a streaming service via your own platform such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype or to use our own Valk Online platform, a secured streaming service. Our colleagues are happy to help you connect your laptop to our projection screen and sound system.
